Creating an Enforceable Handbook

Employment Handbooks can be an Employer’s best piece of evidence or worst piece of evidence at trial. Many times, Employer’s fail to recognize how important each policy in an employment handbook is to create best practices for their company and for avoiding liability. A poorly written handbook with outdated, incorrect, ambiguous and inconsistently enforced policies can expose the Employer to unnecessary liability risks.
