William Fuller, a business process architect and solution designer at ECOE Solutions, LLC, is an innovation and change driver with excellent team leadership and communications skills. Mr. Fuller’s career includes executive, advisory, and functional roles in both service and manufacturing companies, including nine years as a certified business transformation consultant and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at IBM. He applies business process management principles and information technology to identify and define problems, and then creatively engages multi-functional teams to achieve operational and organizational goals through solution implementation and realization of business value. He has more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneurial P&L executive, consultant, and facilitator in the automotive supply, consumer products, electronics, and healthcare related industries.
Prior to joining ECOE Solutions, Mr. Fuller founded and directed the technology development and pilot manufacturing facilities for an international joint venture. He led production and inventory control activities at the consumer products division of a large pharmaceutical company, and delivered quality and productivity improvement solutions, including ISO 9000 quality systems, as managing director of a business process consultancy. Mr. Fuller is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who holds an MBA from the University of Utah in Management and Finance and a Bachelor of Philosophy in Human and Social Relations from Grand Valley State University.
