- Desk audit performed.
- Application is submitted to certification committee.
- Certification Committee reviews application.
- An onsite interview is conducted
- Certification Committee either approves or denies application.
- Executive Director makes the final decision and informs applicant.

| If denied the applicant has two opportunities to appeal. |
